		<description><![CDATA[Be careful on the two &#039;dashes&#039; of Fernet-Branca.  It&#039;s a bitter, and needs to be treated with the same careful measurement you give citrus.  But, the olde problem of what is a dash arises.  I &#039;experimented&#039;, and found that the difference between 1/4 oz of &#039;dash&#039;, and 1/2 oz of &#039;dash&#039; made a profound difference.  For la femmes, whose taste tends to run toward sweet, I would use 1/4 oz.  For the hairy chested, perhaps 1/2 oz.]]></description>
