I can’t wait to try the cobbler recipe. I have done my own cherries before but I used Kirsch. You have made me realize that I need to start curing my own bar fruits again. Another peeve of mine are bars that charge 10 bucks for a martini and don’t have the pride or ambition to pit their own olives. Shame on them.
